The Machine Equipment
Metal bending
We use reliable and very precise CNC punching machines by Trumpf and Amada.
2x Trumpf TruBend V5050 (strength 50 tons, length 1250 mm)
Trumpf TruBend 7036 (strength 36 tons, length 1000 mm)
Amada HFE80-25 (strength 80 tons, length 2500 mm)
Amada HFE-M2-1003 (strength 100 tons, length 3110 mm)
Trumpf – TruBend 5170S + BendMaster60 ROBOT (strength 170 tons, length 4250 mm)
Punching
2x TruPunch 5000 (S10+S12) top quality CNC universal machines, known for their high speed and precise results.
Processed materials:
Sheet formats: 2000×1000 /mm/, 2500×1250 /mm/.
Thickness: Up to 2.5 mm.
Punching / laser
2x Trumatic 6000 – combined machines by TRUMPF, combining punching and laser technologies. One machine offers benefits of both machining types.
Processed materials:
Sheet formats: 2000×1000 /mm/, 2500×1250 /mm/.
Thickness: Up to 2.5 mm.
Laser cutting
Laser Trumpf L2530 – allows efficient cutting of complex shapes in the highest possible quality.
Processed materials:
Sheet formats: 2000×1000 /mm/, 2500×1250 /mm/.
Thickness: Steel up to 15 mm, stainless steel up to 6 mm, aluminium 6 mm.
Tolerance: +/- 0.1 mm – without additional processing.
Element pressing
2x Haeger – automatic press machines equipped with a modern hydraulic system, which ensures stable pressure throughout the process, required for high-quality pressing-in of various types and sizes of elements.
1x Haeger + Robot Fanuc – fully automated element pressing.
Chip-forming machining
CNC Tornado 50 – triaxial machining of workpieces up to 42 mm diameter, max. length 350 mm
CNC Miyano BND – 51SY2 – five-axis machining of workpieces up to 51 mm diameter, max. length 320 mm.
Deburring
Fladder AUT 1000 VAC – automatic deburring with perfect resulting edges.
We also offer:
Welding (TIG, MIG methods), grinding and polishing.
